Jane Elliott

In 1968, Jane Elliott devised a caste system based on eye color to teach her third grade class about prejudice. On day one, she tells the class that blue-eyed people are better and gives them extra prevailed while taking prevailed from the brown-eyed students. On day two she reverses the heirarchy.
