Shermanism: "Caesar Says... LIONS!"

Need to kill an idea or shoot down a suggestion?

In a commanding voice boom out "Caesar says", (brief dramatic pause), extend your arm and give the thumb down gesture, then "LIONS!"

I modeled my "Caesar says" after the way Richard Dawson, host of Family Feud, would say "Survey Says".
