When I'm not working (which is a most of the time these days, hence the lack of posts, but I will go into that and provide a more elaborate excuse in another post soon) or working out or doing other unspeakable things... I'm eating foie gras.
As I have such a love of eating goose live that I thought I would try and eat it atleast once a week and do a review and post.
Last night I went to JoJo and had:
FOIE GRAS BRULEE
w a dried cherry compoye and toasted brioche.
On a scale of 1 to 10: A solid nine. The best Foie Gras I've had in a long time.
