Last week I went to Michael Jordon's Steakhous. The Foie Gras appetitzer was seared, accompanied by toast and figs. The piece of foie gras was excellent and perfectly seared but the toast was so-so and the figs weren't very exciting so I'm going to give it a 6.5.
Last night I went BLT Fish and had the chef's signature dish, the Crispy Red Snapper “Cantonese Style”. Probably the best piece of fish I've ever eated.
